My client is a leading principle contractor with multiple live projects across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Fit Out Manager to join the company and assist in managing a high rise residential package based in Nottinghamshire.
My client has ongoing work and perm opportunities available.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Fit Out Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Working in accordance to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing finishing and snagging works
Fit Out Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Experienced managing 1st and 2nd fix fit out.
• Joiner background (beneficial)
• 8+ years management experience
