Project Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Multi-Disciplinary Engineers: You'll lead and coordinate a team of engineers working on offshore wind projects. This includes collaborating with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
• Project Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Technical Expertise: Apply your engineering knowledge to solve complex challenges related to offshore wind structures.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Documentation: Prepare project-specific documents related to corrosion protection systems, paint requirements, and coating quality.

Requirements

• Master's / Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably in a relevant field such as civil, structural, or mechanical engineering).
• Relevant experience in a similar position, especially within the offshore wind industry.
• 5+ years with offshore projects.
• Due to project-related activities, be open to working in different locations and flexible hours.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid EU working rights essential.
