Business and Economics Teacher

Location: Shepway

Salary: £120 to £250 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: September 2024

Contract: Full-time, long-term until Christmas

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business and Economics Teacher to join one of our client schools in Shepway. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in the subjects of Business and Economics, fostering a deep understanding and enthusiasm for these vital fields.

Responsibilities for Business and Economics Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Business and Economics to Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Develop engaging and innovative teaching strategies to enhance students’ learning experience.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Contribute to the development of the Business and Economics curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Successful Business and Economics Teacher Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Business and Economics in secondary schools.
- Strong knowledge of the Business and Economics curriculum.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
- Commitment to raising the attainment of all students.
