Our client, a tier one fit-out and refurbishment contractor, is seeking a Freelance Construction Manager for a £15M refurbishment project in South London. The role involves managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining on-site health and safety standards.

Candidates must have proven experience in fit-out and refurbishment projects, strong leadership and communication skills, relevant qualifications, and the ability to work under pressure.
