Construction Manager

A Construction Manager with experience of the delivery of accommodation refurbishment within a live environment is required for an 8 - 9 week contract based in central Manchester.
The project is to upgrade and refurbish 2 floors of a student accommodation block, as well as the reconfiguration of the public / communal areas.
Whilst this upgrade is being completed it will be working around other areas of the building which are in use, so you should be familiar with the safe working practices concerned with such a project.
To be considered for this role you should fit the following criteria;
- Previous experience in managing similar fast track accommodation refurbs, coupled with experience of working in live environments.
- Ability to work as site lead, with a high level of autonomy.
- Comfortable with high levels of client interface.
- Valid site certification, fire marshall, CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
- Good level of IT skills
- Available for start on 22nd July.
