My Client is a tier one M&E sub-contractor, 80% of their work is within the new build high rise residential sector with the final 20% of work within the commercial office sector, they specialise in supplying mechanical and electrical services within shell & core/fit out.
They work with blue chip residential developers and main contractors, the value of their projects range between £30-£70m, their turnover is currently £80m and due to grow to £100m by 2025, their sites are all located within Central London.
The role will involve overseeing between 3 to 4 live projects, with emphasis on managing key client relationships and being very client facing, as well as managing a team of Project Managers, the ability to manage upwards is also crucial.
Industry related experience is a must, there is a desire to have held the title of Project Director however if you are an experienced Senior Project Manager on the cusp of stepping into the role of a Project Director, please also apply.
Am up to date CSCS card, First Aid and SMSTS is also desirable.
