Our client NATS (National Air Traffic Services), a leader in the aerospace sector, is seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who has significant experience in environmental sustainability, particularly within the aviation industry, and who possesses strong business development skills. The role will involve shaping sustainable practices and driving innovative solutions to enhance environmental performance in the aviation sector, making a lasting impact on the industry and the environment.

• Lead and execute projects focused on environmental sustainability in aviation.
• Develop and implement pre-sales and proposal materials for our target audience.
• Develop and implement business strategies that promote green aviation practices.
• Conduct research and interact with target groups within the aviation industry.
• Guide teams in generating and evolving ideas to achieve breakthrough solutions in environmental sustainability and aviation.
• Train teams on sustainability methodologies and aviation industry standards.
• Analyze and research market trends, focusing on sustainability and aviation.
• Maintain project and customer follow-up, providing detailed reporting.
• Generate relevant content on sustainability and green aviation practices.

• Proven experience in environmental sustainability and the aviation industry.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of promoting green aviation practices.
• Familiarity with green aviation technologies and sustainable practices.
• Experience in innovation processes, design thinking, and service design is a plus.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams, transmitting passion, energy, and trust.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Experience in training senior teams and delivering keynote talks on sustainability and aviation.
• Fluency in English is required. Native English speakers will be especially valued.
