Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking Contact Centre Assessors to join our dedicated team.

We provide comprehensive information, advice and guidance to individuals in need and we are expanding our team to meet the growing demand for our services and new ways of working.

Contact Centre Assessors - £22,071.08 – £23,151.48 FTE dependent on experience

Hours:18hrs p/w available 

FTC March 2025 x2 (Maternity Cover) Permanent Contract x1

Location: Dudley Office / Home Working

Main Job Purpose
●    To provide an effective and efficient assessment of client’s advice needs, on the telephone, by email and web chat in our Contact Centre
●    Complete an initial assessment and use our advice framework to progress the client journey
●    To help influence government and other organisation’s about how their decisions affect the clients we support by contributing to our Research and Campaigns agenda
