Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join an exceptional team at an SEN School in Southwark, South East London, starting in September 2024.

About the Role as an SEN Teacher in Southwark:

As a SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Work with students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a supportive and nurturing environment.
  • Teach and inspire children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement individualised education plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience working with students with ASC.
  • A strong background in teaching KS1/2 children.
  • A passion for SEN education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • The drive to progress into a role with additional responsibility in the future.
  • A clear child and adult DBS, or willing to process one.
