EA Associates are currently recruiting for Freelance Site Managers to join a well-established contractor specializing in high-end restaurant / hospitality fit out projects across London. This is a temporary position with the potential for ongoing work depending on individual performance and new project wins. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee high-end fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client’s specifications.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and manage site documentation, including progress reports and schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out / shopfitting sector, particularly within high-end restaurants, coffee shops and hospitality projects. 
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and project teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A trade background would be beneficial 
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
