We are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join this primary school in September!

About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with autism, helping them develop essential skills and reach their full potential. This position is crucial in ensuring that every child, regardless of their unique abilities, thrives in an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere.

Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive Experience with Autism: Proven experience working with individuals with autism is essential. This could be in an educational setting, specialised support role, or similar environment.
  • Special Educational Needs Expertise: A solid understanding of special educational needs and the specific requirements of children with autism.
  • Relevant Background: Experience supporting children with diverse needs, possibly in settings such as healthcare or other support roles.
