Position Details:

• Job Title: GP/Health Screening Doctor.
• Sessions: 2-6 sessions per week depending on your preferences.
• Location: Bournemouth 
• Salary: £10,400 per session plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes; 25 days holiday each year (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, Private Healthcare Insurance, Private pension contribution, Critical illness cover, Enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay, Discounts with major retailers and much more.

Key Duties:

• Provide adult primary care and health screening assessments to patients at their prestigious Glasgow clinic. Their patient cohort is generally the "working well" coming through from corporate clients.
• Appointment times varying from 15 minutes for a GP appointment to 90 minutes for an in-depth health screening.
• In your consultations and screening appointments you will carry out some procedures such as taking bloods, vaccinations, smear tests, prescribing drugs, antenatal checks, travel advice or ordering further on-site tests supplementary therapy.
• Part of a friendly and supportive team and be given the time to care for your patients and a healthy work life balance.

About You:

• GMC registered (don’t need to be on the performers list).
• An interest in lifestyle/preventative medicine
• Excellent communication skills, effective time management, polite, forward thinker, problem solver with good working knowledge of IT systems.
