We are currently seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors who specalizes in Roofing to join our clients team. As a Quantity Surveyor , you will be responsible for evaluating and estimating the costs of roofing projects and ensuring the efficient use of materials and resources. Responsibilities

• Conducting on-site surveys to assess roofing projects and gather relevant data
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for roofing projects
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to determine project requirements and specifications
• Analyzing and evaluating project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Identifying and sourcing required materials and negotiating with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to budgetary and time constraints
• Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Ideally but no essential , Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on roofing projects
• In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and systems
• Strong understanding of construction costs, budgets, and financial management
• Proficient in relevant software applications such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification as a Quantity Surveyor or membership in relevant professional organizations is preferred.
