Experienced Site Manager needed for a new project near Ramsgate.

My client is undertaking an extensive multi-project contract on a campus near Ramsgate. This mixed use renovation contract will include a variety of work including upgrade to existing facilities; new build works; and conversion to new use.

My client is willing to consider candidate on a contracting/ self-employed basis or on a temp to perm basis.

There will be the opportunity to progress into a Project Manager/ Contracts Manager.

Start date: immediate
Rate: based on experience

Key Duties:

• Managing daily site operations efficiently and effectively.
• Carrying out work in accordance with the project specific practices
• Working closely with all stake holders including: Project Management; Client; and Sub-contractors.
• Participation in or leading Team Meetings, ensuring valuable input from design sub-contractors.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working within controlled environments
• Excellent people and time management skills
• IT literate, emails, reports, H&S etc
• SMSTS & First Aid
• NVQ 6/Black CSCS card
