Female Behaviour Teaching assistant - Croydon - SEM provision -September 2024- £100-£115 a day depending on experience!

As part of Teach360's ongoing recruitment process, we are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in Croydon In this SEMH school, you will meet a large and warm team that will support you during your journey. As a result, the school is looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible to provide them with new ideas, resources, and excellent behaviour management skills.

  • Behaviour Teaching Assistant who can start September 2024
  • Behaviour Teaching Assistant who can commute to Croydon
  • Behaviour Teaching assistant who has experience working with young people
  • Behaviour Teaching Assistant who confident working with young people who have SEN, challenging behaviour and SEMH needs
  • Behaviour Teaching Assistant who has strong behaviour management skills
  • Behaviour Teaching Assistant who can work full time Monday to Friday

About the role - Behaviour Teaching assistant - Croydon

This is a fantastic role for someone who has experience working with challenging behaviour or special educational needs. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students in the classroom in a variety of ways. These ways can be either one-to-one or in small groups. It is your responsibility to assist them with their academic studies in order to keep them interested in their studies. It is expected that you will not only be able to help them with their academic studies, but you will also be expected to help them with their challenging behaviours as well. There may be mental health issues, challenging behaviour, Asperger's Syndrome, or ADHD of these students. In the event of a conflict between the students, it is important that you are able to think on your feet quickly as a result.
