£14.40 per hour and a 4 day week for a production operative / Machine operative
Week 1
Mon to Weds
05:30am – 15:00pm
Thursday
05:30am – 14:40pm
Week 2
Mon to Wed
15:00pm – 00:30am
Thursday
14:40pm – 23:50pm
The location is based in Ilminster and is easily commutable with own transport recommended if you are not local, with free parking onsite.
As a Production operative / Machine operative would be working alongside a team and have specific duties within an assigned section. You will be assigned roles dependent on your skill set, so this could be in the casting department or the coating/powder department or inspecting department carrying out inspection of products to pre-determined standards.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Machines and be familiar with working within a manufacturing/production/engineering setting.
The ideal candidates will have:
· knowledge of Machines within the manufacturing world.
·A manufacturing or metal work background would be an advantage.
·Previous experience in working as a Machine Operative/Production operative
·Keen eye for detail
