Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Short-Term 3 MONTH Contract
Location: TQ9 5JD
Hours: 37 hours per week, Nights Only (09:00 - 17:00 AM)
Pay Rate: £12.59 per hour (PAYE)
The successful candidate will be welcomed into a team that maintains the Council's property and assets. Varied and wide-ranging, challenging and engaging, the work you will undertake will include day-to-day reactive repairs and planned maintenance across our picturesque districts.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting items and ensuring accurate placement
- Loading and unloading packages efficiently
- Collaborating with team members to meet workload demands
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Hold a current full UK driving licence
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift packages of varying weights
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
