Role- Site Manager.
Location - Deptford
Project - Warehouse Build & Fit Out.
16 Weeks Freelance Role
Monday to Friday – 10 hour Shift
Start Date 22/07//24
We are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of a main contractor from London who specialises within Design and Build. This project is a warehouse build and fit out, value of the project is £3 Million. We are looking for a candidate who has worked on a similar project i.e storage unit or big shed projects.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- MUST have worked on Industrial / Storage unit / Big Shed projects
- Has managed projects value of project over £3 million
- Proven history of Managing teams of Trades and Labourer plus Sub Contractors.
- Must have worked on Fast Track Retail Fit Out projects.
- Must have SMSTS / Health and Safety - ( IPAF not essential ).
- Background MUST have experiences with Commercial Fit Out Projects.
