Tech Lead - Java - SC Cleared - Inside IR35
Are you an SC-cleared Tech Lead with strong Java and AWS experience in the public sector? If so, we have some excellent long-term contracts available.
My client is undergoing a major technology transformation programme and has several roles across different workstreams.
Candidates are expected to have strong hands-on coding experience in Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, and management experience.
Experience required:
- Active SC clearance (prior or current NPPV is advantageous)
- Java
- Multi-Threading
- Kafka
- AWS
Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of developers
- Own tech debt and be responsible to iteratively reduce the backlog
- Drive consensus with other tech leads in project/account to establish high tech
delivery standards - Understand business requirements and intentions, and translate them into high-
level tech implementation - Be the active focus of the scrum team(s) to guide and manage technical
outcomes
These roles will offer long-term rolling contracts for successful candidates.
