Job Title: Support Co-ordinator

Location: Leeds

Salary: £27,795.37 (plus essential car user allowance subject to the emissions of your vehicle)

Job Type: Full Time, (12 months fixed term contract)

The Vacancy:

We're looking for a focused and self-motivated Support Co-ordinator to join our Housing Team. You'll nurture a sense of community, and support older people to maintain independence and wellbeing. Your focus will be on our customers but you'll also work closely with our other departments to manage rent accounts, respond to benefit queries and arrange repairs and maintenance.

You'll work within our Independent Living/Housing for Older Person's service and will be responsible for the day to day running of our sheltered schemes.

Previous experience of working within Sheltered or Supported Housing service delivery and working directly with older people is an advantage, as is a working knowledge and experience of health & safety, welfare benefits and regulatory requirements.

You'll have an excellent customer focus and your strong organisational skills will allow you to work unsupervised when necessary. You'll be a strong and adaptable communicator who can work effectively with other partner agencies and the broader team.
