Multi Trader needed in Lambeth
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for Multi Traders for a property services company to join an existing team full time.
This role will be covering the Lambeth area on multiple properties, including void & occupied.
This role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Job details:
Job role: Mult Trader
Rate: £20/hr CIS (this will change into a salary upon becoming a permanent employee)
Benefits: van & fuel card are provided
Duration: Temp-to-perm
Location: Lambeth
Main duties:
- Strong knowledge and skills of all trades
- Experience working in customers/tenants homes
Requirements:
- Full clean UK driving license
- City & Guilds Carpentry, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry Or NVQ in Plumbing
- Asbestos Awareness (if you do not have this we can assist)
- Has a DBS or willing to get one done
- Minimum 2 references from past employers
