Groundworker

Groundworker - Bromley - Up to £15 per hour.
- IMMEDIATE work available if required
Our client is a leading Civil Engineer Contractor who require a Groundworker with Tarmac and road surface experience, to work on a long term contract around the Bromley area.
- Experience in general highway civils and surfacing required including kerbing, drainage, tarmacing.
- Must be able to demonstrate good work ethics.
- Must be able to work on own initiative but also work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, trenching, spreading and excavating.
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
Qualifications:
- Valid CSCS or CPCS Card required.
- Previous experience as a Groundworker,especially within tarmac and road surfacing.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred as you will need to commute around the Bromely, Bexleyheath, Erith area.
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday, 10 hour days.
- Weekend and overtime work available.
